Corporate governance
Good governance, underpinned by a strong culture of doing what’s right, is essential to the effective running of a company. At its core, it covers the rules, policies, practices, and processes by which a company is directed. Beyond that, it’s a guiding force that supports long-term, sustainable value creation for its stakeholders.

Our approach
At Coloplast, our values align with the principles of good governance laid out by The Danish Committee on Corporate Governance recommendations. We have a two-tier management structure, comprising a Board of Directors and an Executive Leadership Team.
